Architectural Drawings Database (ADDB)

The Architectural Drawing Database was launched in 2002 to give Community Colleges the opportunity to streamline their building drawing collections.  The Foundation houses and maintains the equipment to scan and print large drawings. Colleges can access their drawings via the web or request printed copies for project planning, building assessments, and analyses.

How to Participate

Option 1:

  • Schedule time to scan - see information under Contact Us
  • Scan drawings at our Sacramento office
  • Receive data copy of scans if desired
  • Obtain user ID & instructions for accessing files via the web

Option 2: (requires existing data copies of plan sets)

  • Obtain user ID & instructions - see information under Contact Us
  • Submit drawings electronically via the web
